Nature of the Quotation
This quotation is not a tax invoice and does not constitute a confirmed order or a contract of sale. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and this quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
Regulatory Compliance
Firecrackers are supplied strictly in accordance with the Explosives Act, 1884, the Explosives Rules, 2008, and the licences issued by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) and the local district authority.
Green Crackers
Only green crackers conforming to CSIR-NEERI approved formulations and bearing the prescribed QR code are offered, where mandated by law.
Timing, Quantity & Location Restrictions
Sale, delivery, transport and bursting of firecrackers are subject to the timings, quantity limits and locational restrictions imposed by the State Government, District Administration, the National Green Tribunal and any prevailing court orders.
Age & Responsible Use
The purchaser must be 18 years of age or above. Products must be stored, transported, handled and used responsibly and strictly as per the safety instructions printed on each product.
Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the mishandling, unsafe storage, unlawful transport or misuse of the products.
